We ship WORLDWIDE, so doesn't matter which country you are in, we ship it!
We charge FLAT RATE, so doesn't matter how heavy your package is, we only charge $5 USD for Registered Shipping, $15 USD for Express Shipping.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Generally speaking, your order will be shipped out within 1~3 days after payment being confirmed. Above are estimated delivery time only, we can not guarantee the delivery time as it's out of our control.
*The estimated delivery days are working days, therefore weekends and holidays are not included.
*The estimated delivery time for Registered Shipping is 2 - 4 weeks (10 - 25 working days, exclude holidays and weekends), we strongly suggest you to upgrade your shipping method to Express Shipping if you need your order outside those timeframe as we can not be held responsible for any possible delay.
*Our warehouses are located in both Kong Hong & Australia. Orders will be posted depending on stock availability.
*It's the customer's responsible for any possible Custom and import duty fees. If the customer refuses the delivery due to the custom and/or import duties and fees, taxes and/or any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it's sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
REGISTERED SHIPPING
*Your signature will be required upon delivery.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. We'll also send you a reminder via email if you package has arrived and has not been collected by you.
Please kindly note that Registered Shipping only has limited tracking access and the tracking number will only be valid in your country's Post Tracking System once it has reached the local postal services for scanning and processing.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
*Your signature will be required upon delivery.
Your order will be delivered by local courier who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times.
There will also be a notice card left to you after each failed delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. We'll also send you a reminder via email if you package has arrived and has not been collected by you.
Please kindly note for DHL, there will be a redirect parcel number which is the number to use to track your package.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Your package is shipped as DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". VAT, Taxes and/or duties are NOT included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/or duties are NOT within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.
luckmoro is NOT responsible for those taxes and/or duties. We cannot predict if you'll be charged and what your particular charges may be. If those charges occurred, you'll be contacted by the shipping company on behalf of customs. It's your responsibility for the charges to be paid in order for your package to be released from customs.
*Gift invoice is available upon request, but we can NOT guarantee it'll avoid the possible taxes and/or duties.
Please understand we can only issue partial refund for your order if the delivery is unsuccessful or refused by you due to the unpaid taxes and/or duties.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
