RETURN PROCESS

You should contact our customer support first before you ship the product back to us, our customer representative will find a solution for you. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. If we agree to refund, a completed Return Form should be included and you need to ship the item back to us within 7 consecutive days (from the date the item is received). We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we sent to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.

Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.
